It's best to contact us as soon as you've set a specific date and time.
Time sensitive situations can be arranged in as little as 1 hour + travel time to the wedding location.
**For more date avilability options, you might consider planning your wedding for a Friday evening or Sunday.**
For couples wishing to book more than 3 months in advance of the ceremony date, we may request a deposit to confirm your reservation.
Normally between 10 and 30 minutes, depending on the couple's preferences and what ceremonial additions they'd like to include.
We dress to compliment our couple's chosen wedding colors and theme. Novelty and costumed weddings are also welcomed.
Our main service area is within one hour or 50 driving miles of our home near Ft. Knox, Ky. We travel anywhere in the Metro-Louisville and Elizabethtown areas and surrounding counties, including parts of Southern Indiana.
No. Although some venues may limit the number of guests at your location due to available space or fire regulations. We believe it's your special day and whether it's just your 2 witnesses present or several hundred well-wishers, we try and make everyone feel welcome.
We're experienced in assisting couples who need a little extra attention to make their wedding a truly personal and memorable event. Any reasonable request (and a few unreasonable ones) will be accomodated. Please let us know what you'll require when making your reservation.
Not a problem. We'll be happy to officiate at your wedding, no matter what your circumstances or living arrangements are. Because of our flexability, many couples have chosen us when other ministers and officiants will decline. We do our best to make everyone feel welcome.
Our spiritual approach to weddings is very accommodating. A couple's religious preferences have no bearing on whether or not we'll choose to officiate. We strive to personalize our ceremonies to give our couples the perfect mix of secular and/or spiritual elements in their service, depending on their individual preferences.
Yes. We will officiate at an existing place of worship with permission. We do not have our own facilities at this time.
Here are descriptions of the many different types of ceremonies we perform. Themed or novelty additions can be blended into any one of these types of ceremonies with no trouble at all.
Our focus is giving our couples exactly the kind of service they desire.
RELIGIOUS CEREMONY---of a particular denomination (e.g., Catholic, Jewish, Moslem etc.) or combination of denominations; characterized by formal or defining religious elements/rituals/traditions from one or more denominations.
NON-DENOMINATIONAL CEREMONY--- A non-denominational is a ceremony that is not of a particular denomination.
INTERFAITH CEREMONY---is also known as a multi-faith or interdenominational. A combination or blend of religions ranging from only some religion to being entirely religious.
SPIRITUAL CEREMONY---"spiritual" means different things to different people. Most often, in a ceremony context, it is either the religious, sacred or divine feeling or essence underneath a religious element, ritual or tradition. Often it uses beautiful, inspiring words but is universal and stays away from any particular religion
CIVIL/NON-RELIGIOUS---No religion in the ceremony whatsoever, including no prayer (although a couple may have an invocation or poem that would be as meaningful to them as a prayer would be to a religious person). It is also known as a court house, notary, JP or Justice of the Peace ceremony. Kindly note that, a non-religious or civil ceremony can have absolutely as much meaningfulness, warmth and heart as any other type of ceremony. Non-religious or civil means no religion, but not "no love".
MULTI-CULTURAL CEREMONY---similar to interfaith except it involves combining or blending of a couple's cultures and heritage; may or may not have any religious elements--can be civil or non–religious, or very religious.
